Our chefs have curated a feast that honours tradition while celebrating Lombok's richest coastal bounty. Dates kissed with honey begin the evening, followed by warming broths, aromatic curries, freshly baked flatbreads, and a parade of desserts spun from coconut, palm sugar, and rosewater.
